PERSONALITY:
Aishling is, in many ways, your typical teenager. She can often be found on her phone walking down the street with friends, and she enjoys a night on the town. Aishling is a smart and generally reasonable young woman. She enjoys most of her classes, and is very particular about doing her homework. She gets along well with others, most of the time, except when she gets bitchy and judgemental. Especially towards dumb people who aren't as smart as she is, and towards people who support people who aren't smart. Aishling has a neutral temperament, but a rather short fuse. People that make her mad (usally over very trivial things,) become her worst enemies. And she is incredibly good at holding petty grudges. For this reason, she doesn't keep friends for long, and those she does have to be incredibly tolerant of her random outbursts and willing to pick her up after a long night of partying. Aishling uses her wild habits to escape the harsh realities of life, which is that she feels very abandoned by her parents. This is also why she keeps a lot of fake friends, because they're very flaky and she doesn't have to worry about getting attached and being hurt. Her fear of committment makes her very sucky at love and relationships, but she is very good at other asspects of love.
SKILLS: She can play the flute.
LIKES: Her cell phone, her closet, her fake I.D., drama, people, school.
DISLIKES: People, commitment, reality.

MARITAL STATUS: Single
HISTORY:
Aishling was born in Ireland with her parents, but very early in her life, her father was offered an opportunity to transfer to Chicago, and he took it. Her parents never cared much for the bubbling little ball of poo and giggles. They had a child to satisfy their traditional parents, not because they actually wanted one. So as they became well-off enough to afford it, the little girl was shuffled off to nannies and babysitters and eventually school, only rarely seeing her parents.
As she grew up, she came to resent her parents more and more, as she realized that they were never going to change. By this point she was thirteen, a very impressionable age, and had just transitioned to Penderghast for her high-school education. So instead of having loving parents to guide her through the intricacies of teenagerhood, she has Cosmo and older girls. She began to do her makeup to look older, and talk like she was older, and had people genuinely convinced that she was eighteen before she was even fifteen. When she found potions that could make you look older, she jumped at the opportunity. She also uses charms to change her hair color on random nights.
Today, she still goes to Pengerghast, and is just transitioning into her senior year. Most of her friends also go to the school, though there are the introverted magical teenagers that she does not get along with. She still enjoys classes and does her homework, because she likes bragging that she has the highest unweighted GPA in school -- a 3.9998. And she also parties -- a lot.
LET ME SEE YOU WALK --
RP SAMPLE:
Finals week -- usually spoken only barely above a whisper, it was a curse to anyone under the age of twenty-five. Even the smartest of students, magical or no, could be thrown into peril at the mention of the five days of hell that the teachers so enjoyed. Especially at Pengerghast, where Aish could swear that some of the teachers were reincarnations of the WIcked Witch of the West, sent to dismay and destroy students. Finals week was like crack for her teachers. Suddenly, they were all into reviewing and grading. Why couldn't they stall on that as long as they stalled on everyone else?
She had been studying for the past month for her Time Travel final. It was the hardest class she had ever taken, which was really saying something after she aced AP Calculus. The magical physics involved were ridiculous, and the spells to do it were even more ridiculous. She was fluent in Latin, and had no idea what half of the words meant, though she knew that she had them written down in her notes somewhere. She was prepared. She was ready. Or, at least, that's what she told herself as she walked in.
The classroom was deadly silent. Thirty students sat in their desks, arranged in six rows of five. Not a single set of eyes looked up to see who was coming in, as they all focused intently on hand-scribbled notes and chanted incantations under their breath. Just as her bottom touched the seat, the teacher cleared his throat, and began passing out papers. Aishling's heart began to race, and she felt dizzy. She couldn't let her GPA go down, not now. She was going to pass this. Right?
